Caller ID display after pick up M7310

Norstar sytem Phone call coming in as intercom?
Our system have 7 phone lines. Sometimes the call would come in as "intercom" and we can't put on hold for another extension to pick up. How do I fix this ? I'm sure there is a simple way of resigning this to a designated line. http://www.intlpet.net- intlpet

Recently we have closed a department down and disconnected the phone number there. Problem was someone had set relocate to N. So now that particular line is linked to the old number.
