    Outlook 2003, problem sending an email to a distribution list

    I want to prepare emails to everyone on a distribution list, and then customize them. But, I haven't been able to do this--when I prepare the emails, they are all sent automatically. Is there a way to prepare the emails and then customize and send them one at a time?

    ACT! Mail Merge--trying to preview emails before sending them

    I have my database in ACT, and use Outlook for email. I want to have the option of previewing emails (and possibly customizing them) prior to sending them. Every time I do a test run, the email is sent automatically, without giving me a change to look them over--any advice on how to do this...
