Any thoughts on the following:
I've made no changes to the system.
Basically if i ring a station the phone just rings and will not go through to voicemail.
If I dial the hunt(99) extension 7099 it rings engaged too.
I've rebooted audix

If I ring from outside 5197159 the station rings as expected.
If I ring 5197089 then extension 519 7159 rings
Why should this happen - I need to use extension 7089 somewhere else

On the digital system if I change a station phone ie from a 2420 type phone to a 2402 type phone is would do the following:
Cha sta 7089
Go to the type then change from one type to the other
How do you do that on the voip system

busyout and release
Remove station and re-add
Status station shows no cf
I've tried different phones
I've swopped extension
Any advice would be much...

Reconnect.
Station reboots and I see the boot sequence on the screen
eventually the phone finishes boot up
Finally just a blank screen

If I display cov path 3 it shows point1 = c2 and point 2 = h99.
I know that h99 is the route to our normal audix system but what is C2 - how do i view this or amend.

Basically, Im trying to find out what the column headers mean is pdf file or a website location.
I'm trying to find out if we need more trunks.
The last column % out blk if this has a figure greater than one - will this mean that calls have been blocked.

I have 2 x ec500 phones working through to their mobile phones
This is on an 8700.
I've tried to add a third with the same settings as the previous two but alas the throughput to the mobile isn't working.
Any thoughs out there.

Basically:
Plug Station in
Phone starts to pick ip settings from network which can be seen on the phone display
eventually phone gets to the log in extension page
enter new extension#
enter password#
On entry of the final # the screen then goes blank.
The phone is still live as I can...

The cmd list skill - this will display all the skill's set up and columns with details - there is a column that displays dom ctrl.
I have created a new skill but dont know how to add the dom ctrl
