Just recently I upgraded my IPO 406v2 from 4.0.5 to 4.0.7.
Almost immediatly I started getting complaints from users saying they can not be reached by callers going through the Auto-Attendant (VMPro 4.0 (18)) menu.
When the extension is entered the caller goes straight to the users mailbox...
I created a script file to play the Caller-ID to a caller to help my techs identify telephone numbers while working in the field. To ID a number, the tech calls our Auto-Attendant and enters a code to pass to the VBScript module. Pretty cool.

Does anyone know what the *9000* shortcode is used for?
I understand it will toggle the first port on the first Analog Trunk Module (ATM4) to modem enabled.
