Can someone help me try and figure out what type of device/extension this is. When I prt the DNB there is no KEY 00. How can I figure out what type of extension this is when I dont know what the TN is? Thanks, any help is welcome.

Has anyone had an issue with Call Pilot sending a text message to an Alltel cell phone? This works with all the other cell phone vendors. Basically when the user receives a voice mail, it sends the user a text msg notifying them.

We have an Option 11C in our building and an option 11 c mini offsite. Both sites have to dial a 9 for an outside line. Here, I can dial emergency 911 by dialing 9911 but offsite they get a fast busy. Where would I even start in allowing the offsite to be able to dial 9911.

We have a Meridian Option 11 C mini. I have an acd queue setup and agents are logged in. When I call the DN the call goes directly to the on-hold message. I know they do not have their phones set to MSB.
It's not happening all the time though.

I have an ACD que setup and currently only 1 person is logged in. Justa bout all TN's are on TN 4. In load 20 I type 'stat 4' and it shows that 9 phones are loggede in.
Is there a way to reset this?
I think it has been like this for a while.
