    Aura Distribution List

    Is there a way to automate the creation and maintenance of distribution list? Or better yet use LDAP to sync them with Active Directory?

    We have an ASA 5510 running version 8.3 Remote client access works when using a newer vpn client like 5.5.07.0290. When you try to use an older version 4.6.02.011 it will not work and request the group password. Does anyone know anything about a problem with this old client version and 8.3...

    variables in vectors - feedback to agents

    We use variables in some of our vectors. Is there a way to give feedback to the agents about the state of a variable? One group changes a variable to rout calls to another vector. They can change it, but have to place a test call to be sure it’s working. Thanks.

    Hiding Abbreviated Dial Numbers

    Guess I'm lost. Need to have a user hit an abbrev dial button linked to a system abbrev list - and not have the number dialed displayed. From another thread I read that I should put ~s in front of the number dialed to suppress it, but it doesn't work for me. ~s1234 If I use ( ~s98005551212 )...
