First, I am prompted several times for the CDR.OrigDevice and CDR.TermDevice when opening the database. It will open without entering any information when prompted, but I can't determine what it is asking for...

We found out today when we checked our Network Skillsets on the NCC that most (but not all) of the skillsets we have built are grayed out under the "Networking Method" column, preventing us from making changes. Has anyone seen this before, or know what would lock these options?
