I have two fax servers connected to my CS1000 by DTI/tie lines. I need to be able to identify the originator of the fax calls by Auth code. Does anyone know how to accomplish that?
I have a down Meridian Mail 13.14. It boots up but once I get the MM banner and try to log in, it gives me the message "login failed. cannot open security file". We have tried reseating and rebooting to no avail. Has anyone seen this? I am at a loss at what to try next.
I see this in many pbxs I log in to. What is it telling me and where do you set it up or turn it off??

I have a CS1000 and SRG with VOIP phones at both sites. All phones register to the CS1000. I am unclear on the ZESA programming on how to send 911 calls for the SRG site back to the local site and out their own trunks. Any help or clarification on ZESA would be appreciated.
I have an option 11 with NO attn console. Main number rings in to a digital set. How can I get all unassigned DID to ring to that set without using IDC? I am saying not to use IDC because the customer uses OTM to build sets and doesn't know how to manipulate IDC.
I have an cs1000 with rel 4.5w. There is one 3903 set that can receive calls but cannot use any buttons. IDU looks normal firmware is 85. We have swapped phones and I have outed and rebuilt on the same TN. I guess my next step is to move to an new TN, just wondering if anyone else has...
