How do I resize a selected area of a picture
I have an area of my picture highlighted with the selection tool. If I choose the resize option then it resizes the whole picture and not just the selection. Need help placing grids on pictures
I have PSP 7.00 and I want to be able to create an image with a grid of black squares (or possibly another colour), with size and line thickness of my choosing, then I want to place the entire grid on top of a picture (I'm making a board game you see).
