Just wondering, when Nortel was still Nortel they used to charge for upgrades on the BCM where Avaya used to allow free downloads and upgrades on the IP Office. Is there still a charge to upgrade a BCM50 or can anyone download the software and performe the upgrade.
I'm trying to service a customer with a Electra Elite 48. I'm looking for the SAT tool to program from a PC. I can't download it from NECs website. Anyone know where I can pull manuels and the software? I would buy a MIFMU10 card of course, do I need anything else beside some COM cables?

CCME 7941 phone shows two lines, both work but CCM only shows 1 programmed? I see the 2nd line listed under extensions but don't understand how its connected to the phone. Shouldn't the phone show button 1 and 2 instead of just 1. What am I missing?

I hope this is an easy one. I'm working remote. I have IP/login info for the Symposium server and SMI client. I don't have the IP for the Symposium Web Server. Is there a way I can get this info from the SMI and/or Symposium Server.

When I go to change off-PBX telephone station mapping (EXT) I can only enter 9 digits for the telephone number even though the help says I can enter 15. I can't enter anything for the prefix.
