Our BCM50 6.0 has been acting flakey.
It looses connectivity to our network so we cannot access it via BEM.
We have to reboot the system in order to regain access.
We have applied the latest System Smart Update, 17.201304-1 dated April, 2013.
We cannot find any newer updates.

We have had several customers whose BCM 50 systems have "failed" by going into a reboot "loop" or continuously rebooting.
We have treated these systems as completely dead and we've replaced them.
