    Avaya IP Phone FW RESET

    Can anyone help me. I have an IP phone, 4602 IP. That has had it's firmware upgraded by the tftp server, but has got itself stuck in a cycle loading...starting...loading etc.. I think It's the firmware that has got itself corrupted and I want to factory default the phone to it's basic default...
