Customer is on a IPO 403 R3.2.61 When calling out on a PRI the users full name is populating as the outbound caller id name. Any thoughts on how to stop this? Customer does not want to upgrade the processor.
Does anyone know if it's possible to eliminate the "91" that prefixes the caller ID in the display and still have the functionality of dialing from the call logs?
Has anyone worked with Outlook 2007 Business Contact Manager? Specifically, two things: 1)I assume we can dial out of this program just like standard Outlook contacts. 2) Can we screen-pop contact records in BCM using phone manager pro or another software?

Can anyone help me on setting up the call flow details in VM Pro to allow a user to change their call forwarding number. I think I've got the flow down, but it's not accepting/recognizing my access code dtmf.
Has anyone been able to get an external bell (90V) to ring on a 406V2 digital extension? Analog port doesn't send out enough voltage. External electronic ringers are not loud enough to be heard over the machinery.
