Picked up three phones but the firmware they are running is very old (.066).
The docs talk about using SSH but the phone doesn't allow it, nothing in the settings menu...
Any one know the "old" way to upgrade these phones?
Two Internet connections voice going out WAN2 with failover to WAN1.
WAN2 fails and phone(s) FAILOVER to WAN1 no problem, everything works.
Service restored to WAN2 and due to Mitel keepalive messages, sessions are not cleared on the firewall so the MBG at the remote thinks it's still talking...
Has anyone found a work around or way to do this reliably?
Basically need to record trunk side (or station side) and record a call that is forwarded out of the system. - using SIP Trunks.

Wondering if anyone else has seen this issue when even pinging the BCM it drops packets or the response is in the 100's of MS, sometime 1000's.
I've even went as far as disconnecting the LAN and plugging directly into LAN1 or LAN2 but the problem is still there, when I use the OAM it works...
Can't seem to get Screened transfer to work , I'm hoping someone else has run across this?
All other aspects work - Blind Transfer works.
Essentially you press screened transfer and dial the party, but when you try and join the two calls it drops. "transfer failed"

We replaced a defective sx200 with a new 3300 MCD, at this point in the SMDR we only see the output or converted number, is there a way to see the actual speed call that it's dialing?

Console in and the system can boot the image off the CF, when I type boot, I get a CRC error from the image and it won't load.....

Ok so I'm using a SPA112 ATA and it's configured per the docs, it works fine but occasionally it shows offline on the MBG, but it still is working.
Reading through the Docs it talk about the GAP register and the Keep alives, I'm just not sure what to adjust to what.

Scenario - analog user on a call, second call comes in and I hear the beep but the call never forwards to...
So basically the phones register fine, but once the user changes his/her mailbox password the phone deregisters and the oly way to get it re-register is to login to the MXe and change the USer auth back to what is was.

We've had this problem on all of our analog 5000 customers, to the point where we don't want to sell it anymore.
We get complaints that the audio is crackly, noisy, and the customers are UNHAPPY to say the least.

So the dial by name "works" but there is no intructions when you press "#" it's just silence, you can spell the name and it will call them but the system doesn't give you any prompts after you press #

I'm trying to get this working using a Serial to IP Converter, with no luck.
In the Docs it talks about a SMDR Login string that is required and it looks like HEX.
