are there such things as 1gb modems
are there such things as 1gb modems? i mean affordable by the public anyway. im looking for a cable modem to connect me at 1bgps instead of 100mbps. my cable company offers 6mb download and i dont think i ever get that connectivity. would the 1gb modem increase that? -

Power Surge in USB Hub w/ ide-usb hdd
when i connected my slim external hdd to my computer via ide-usb, i got a message power surge on usb hub. then my hdd wont even come on. it doesnt power up or anything. even when i use the walladapter its still like it isnt getting power. but i plugged another ide hdd into it and it powered...- cam3ron
