After we replaced a CPU card for a NIC problem, we now get "CheckSum Error on Logger Files (688)" on Supervision. This is an old 8.7 logger, due to be replaced this year. When we run logger test from Supervision, it reports "CheckSum errors on the interface". But,it seems to be recording OK.
Legacy 8.7 system been in use for many years. When we pull reports from old periods, results seem to be skewed because agents that were in groups 3 years ago are now in different groups. The results seem to refect the groups those agents are in now. Not when the evals were done 3 years ago. Does...
Had to reinstall Nice tools on some Win 2k workstations. Now they get "Floating point divide by zero error" when they click on a call to play.
I know I have seen this years ago but don't remember the solution.
I would like to use the uploader application to add a large number of users. Does this applicacion overwrite existing users or just add users? How does it handle duplicates?
