Data does not remain with rows when refresh external data in Excel

File Not Found when opening MS Proj File
When I open an MS Project File I get 2 identical error messages Visual Basic Error: File Not Found. If I attempted to open the Visual Basic Editor in this file I get 4 of the same error and there is no Visual Basic code for This Project. It is only in one file.
