I have just bought a Norstar MICS 7.0 with CP 100. It is just a little late to be finding this out, but I am getting the opinion that Avaya may be a better system.
Does anybody who works with both Avaya & Norstar have an opinion which is better based on price & features?

I'm trying to configure our system to allow CLID log on all phones and not partition a log space for each set. I found that there are 600 CLID log items avail that can be allocated to each extension. I don't want it to work like that.

I'm trying to setup MICS & Callpilot 100 to manually be put into night service and play a "We're Closed Greeting". After many hours of search, I understand it works this way:
1.) Set Business Open >> No
This will play Non-Business greeting at any time.
