VM time stamp different from system time
Hello, We have a norstar 824 and recently, our voice messages have been showing a time stamp that is roughly 30 minutes before the message was actually left. Checked system time and it is correct. Any ideas on what might be causing this or how to fix? Thanks...- stin26

Music on hold question
We have an avaya partner system with the jack for music on hold and we are trying to use an ipod shuffle on a speaker dock for the music. We have a cable from the headphone jack on the ipod dock to the avaya cabinet. While the cable fits into the headphone jack OK, it cannot be pushed in all...- stin26
