For recording our call center messages. I'm looking for a USB headset with good recording quality. I just haven't been able to find a lot on these products. I was hoping you guys could help.

I'm trying to update description in Configuration Manager for toll free numbers but it isn't updating the description on the agent desktop soft phones. I also added some Reason Codes and they didn't show up as well. Any ideas?
Is this a correct statement in Symposium? These agents are not getting calls. I want the SLSINTPAY_5103 to get calls after 1 min in queue. I'm I doing this correctly?

Is there a way to foward calls to voicemail while your DN is ringing. Lets say your in a meeting and you see the call coming in a you want to to foward to voicemail right away. Is there a button you can push without actually answering the call?

I have a Script for our Sales Floor that rings to 2661. That works fine. But if 2661 is busy and you call that CDN it rings busy it wont Hunt to the next phone. Can anyone see a problem with the programming?
