We have installed CUCM 7 (upgrade form 4.3) and we are trying to get this to work on a SIP trunk with EasyCall 2.0.
I have spoken with the Cirtix EasyCall team in america and they don't know why it's not working or how to resolve it.
My question is rather simple.... Anyone else use this or got...

We have Call Manager 4.1(r)3 and are trying to configure a SIP trunk to connect with the citrix EasyCall service. I have been getting some support from the Citrix forum and from our account manager. However, we have not had any precise details on the SIP trunk setup.

We are updating all of our Cluster Partitions. Which is mostly working.
However, On several occasions the Update and reset of a Cluster Partition fails and the office does not then recieve incomming external calls and can no longer do the Call pickup.
If there is any advise... please pass it...
I am trying to get our SRST to work on fail over. The current config failed when we had a BT MPLS line down Last week.
We are using a 2620xm in this office.
Any tips would be helpful. PSTN Was still available.
