I want to create mailboxes outside of what is created now 1-8 which are menu node and I want to create different ones.
My issue is that we were 3 digit extensions before and they began with 1 and now we are 5 digits beginning with 2**** and in the controller anyone pushes 1 it directly dials...
I have a Linksys SPA2102 adapter hooked to an EnGenius base. I really cant get these 2 to talk . I have the EnGenius setup and registered to devices.
Extension 20197 is setup as an 5010 IP device and Generic SIP phone with no luck, i reserved device MAC to assign an IP but can't access via web...
I have setup a few 5485 paging units and notice that ringback will come through speaker then the announcement - can i get around this?

I was able to telnet today and see the data flow in putty, looking for a format description. we would like to export the data and format and review call data. any recommendation on call accounting software?
I have definity g3 older software, trying to figure out what my 911 calls go out on? i have read some posts and see some decent info but I'm a flintstone in regard to setup and flow of 911 and don't want to cause myself any issues. we are going to disco some pots lines.

what cor/cos covers international calling for agents? is it set at agent or station level? I can't really setermine which covers the intl outbound calling

we can use our pbx to make page announcements through bldg. I thought I found where to change code under feature access codes but no go. My problme is that users have discovered code from htting last number dialed key so i need to change it.
I removed the last number dialed button from users...
