Word 2013 - when I open a document it jumps straight to the top of page 2

Very strange, it doesn't happen in all our offices but while here in Hong Kong the secretaries have said it is happening to them with all documents. It is like it is jumping to a bookmark but I cannot see any, apart from the usual and they can be anywhere. Any ideas?

A question about headings in Word 2003

We currently use 2000 but about to go to 2003. I've been doing some testing using Heading 1 numbering (for example in Schedules). We would have a heading Schedule 1 and this would be cross referenced (referring to heading text). This appears fine, but if we later update it, say to Schedule 2...

    A question about Excel dates?

I have been asked if Excel is able to work out future dates. For example by putting in the date of an AGM as 5 February, it can calculate the date of 10 business days later (which would be 19 Feb). They also asked if it would also know if there were bank holidays in that date range. I don't...

I am struggling with an Excel query. I know if you want to work out the interest rate you can do =PMT(B2,B3,B1)/12 which will tell you the amount payment depending on the current value, the number of payments, the rate. I have seen somewhere a calculation where you can put in your mortgage...
