    CICS DS cartridge problems

    IVS2 remote shelf migrating to host PBX

    IVS 2 cabinet system has DAIB card linking to a remote shelf with 13 digital phones and 2 analogs. They want to eliminate the remote shelf and migrate phones to existing PBX.     Elitemail delete reboots vmail

    Hi, VMS 4 was on loan to a customer. I inherited the job of restoring it to normal for future use. If I hit F7 to delete a subscriber, then yes to confirm, the vmail says critical error and reboots. This is on any subscribers- not a manager's box (which does the same thing).
