    Caller ID probs

    I Have a BCM 400. We have a PRI installed and the caller ID works great on the first call. However while on the phone if you get a second call incoming the caller ID show the "extn # to prime" and doesn't display the caller ID until you answer the call. Any ideas? Jim

    No Busy Signal on a PRI

    Hello, I have a PRI installed on a 406v2 running 3.1.56. I have a problem in when I dial a number that is busy the system is dropping the call immediatly and the user does not get a busy tone. Any Ideas? Thanks
