    BCM 50 fan never stops running.

    Hi Guys, I have a BCM50 in my office.The fan never seems to quiet down.The fan keeps going at full speed all the time.I tried resetting the system several times with no luck.Where the BCM is located is room temp and cool.Any thoughts?Thanks.

    BCM450 expansion MBM dip switch settings?

    I have installed an expansion cabinet to my BCM450. I have an additional DTI, DSM32 and 2 Analaog Station Interfaces to connect. I need someone to tell me where to put each card and the dip switch settings. Any other advice would really help - I am still kind of green to this! Thanx!

    Cannot get ip2004 to work

    Hi Guys, I have an ip2004 set im trying to install on a BCM50.It keeps saying locating server then goes to time and date,witch is not correct, then nothing.I have instructions on how to reset the phone but im not sure if im doing it right.Please help.

    Mics 4.1and Nam 4.0 messages freezing

    Hi Guys great forum,i have a mics 4.1 with a man 4.0,when my customer is checking messages the message freezes,a reboot fixes the problem until next time.Ive changed 6 port card and fiber cable,didnt help.please help.Thanks
