Have system set up for incoming calls to main number to ring several phones at night and if not answered go to GD mailbox. Works fine, but someone in the ring group is asking for ability to forward their phone to an external number. Am wondering what will happen to ring group calls to that...
Read an old post (2013) saying Unified Messaging doesn't work with Outlook 2013. One of the replies indicated there may be a patch to solve this problem soon. Does anyone know if that patch was ever created and if so, where I can find it.
Inherited a BCM 450 6.0 with all ip set ports (32) on DSP 0 used. Not seeing DSP 1 ports anywhere, and additional ip phones will not come up. Don't see where to initialize DSP 1 if that is what's necessary. Would appreciate any help, I broke my config cd.
Customer wants to add Unified Messaging to their BCM 450. They use Bullhorn for their email, and I have not been able to find any documentation indicating UM is compatible with that program. Anybody had any experience with this?
Have a BCM 450 running i2004 sets. Everything runs fine most of the time, but occasionally a set or two goes down and reboots and will not stay up. Not the same sets every time. The BCM is running error free and they have a new POE switch. The customer provides their own phones (refurbs)...
Has been awhile since I did a BCM with analog lines. This one will have caller ID lines from Comcast and a CTM8 in a BCM 400 4.0. I can't remember if all of the phones will be able to get ID while ringing or just the main phone. Can anyone refresh my memory?
Switch has 26 ip licenses and 21 working i2004's and 1 i2001. Attempt to add 22nd i2004, comes up and PC connected behind it works perfectly, but phone won't stay up. After awhile, phone loses connection to server and can't locate server...PC still works. Tried 3 different phones, same thing...
Trying to download element manager from BCM450 6.0, but when I click element manager under administrator applications, no download option comes up...it says launch element manager from applications launcher? Have other version of EM installed, but will not connect. Got any ideas?
Just upgraded 4.1 MICS with a working 4-port Startalk Flash VM...upgraded to 7.1 and VM will not come up...feature 983 requires 266344 password and asks for a "Key". Startalks have never needed keycodes...what's up????
Just experienced 4 T7406e's installed in a small retail shop with severe ambient noise problems. As soon as you break dialtone, microphone gets super sensitive and you can barely hear other party. Changed the "noisy location" settings, but made no difference. Anybody run into this before??
Has anyone experienced a problem connecting to an Option anything switch through Procomm with a Vista computer. Am using a serial cable into a USB adapter and a null modem, but can't get a connection. This si the same rig I used to logon with my old XP machine and it worked fine.
I had my truck broken into and they got my lap top. I bought a dell xps with vista operating system and loaded procom on it and now I cant get it to connect to an option switch to save my life. Any ideas?
Have BCM 50 with T7208 phones...need to have one intercom button and seven line buttons on some sets...if you set handsfree to "none", can you use the bottom button as an intercom button and other seven as line buttons?

BCM 1000 with 2.5 software...caller ID will only display after phone answered...need display while ringing...Under "terminals and sets", "telco features" the feature assignment for the target lines does not have the caller ID option on this software...where do you turn this option on???
Have running basic call center on call pilot 150 with 1 skillset and reporting for call center working properly. Added second skillset, re-booted CP and web-host PC with reporting, but second skillset did not show up in reporting. How do you acquire the new skillset in the reporting program???
