Problem:quotas disabled (greyed out) windows 2000
I just restored our file server from back up after upgrading disks. Everything went ok but on my first attempt to restore i got an error from Backup Exec about disk quotas, so the next time I did not select "restore quota info..." No problem. disk space wasted in slice 2
I just set up a new Sunfire x4100 with solaris 10 preinstalled. It has two 72GB disks. The boot disk does not seem to be partitioned correctly; there appears to be disk space unused. I can see that there is about 68GB in slice 2, but there is only about 26GB being used in the existing slices...- personmann

diagnostic boot problem - blank screen - openboot
sunfire 480r solaris 8 openboot 4.16.2 I'm stuck! It started with some memory problems. I was trying to run a diagnostic boot using these settings: diag-level menu diag-switch true boot-device disk diag-device disk auto-boot false Now the system wont boot.
