    NEC SL2100 - Going from one DAT to another

    Need to program the ability to go from one DAT to another. For example, If in DAT001, greeting will be "For Payment Info press 1". Caller is then transferred to DAT005. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    NEC SV9100 PCPro Issue

    Have a SV9100 with a GCD-CP10 processor. I can connect with WEBPro no problem but need to use PCPro for upgrade to a CP20. When I try to use PCPro I get an error: "Can't connect because it does not support encryption" I'm using version 10 of PCPro for a CP10. Any help would be appreciated.
