Just installed a new 406v2 with a PRI card, I can tell the D and all the B channels are up, Inbound works no problem, but when we try to dial out we get the Waiting for Line with the beeps, All the lines are in group id 0 and the shortcodes and ARS is all default. Any Ideas on what i am missing?
Since I upgraded to 4.0.14 the meet me conference seem to be broke. I can join them i hear the beeps i see the usage in status monitor, but you can't hear or talk to any other people in the conference.. any ideas?

We are using 5610's and 4610 IP phones for 3 remote home users, We changed from a netopia VPN setup to a Cisco PIX at the main office. All the phones come up fine but they have blocks in the display like name[]lastname[] then it toggles back on forth to G[]extension

I can't believe that after a reboot hard or soft the phones keep whatever extension they were last logged into. Like the real TTI... I didn't read that in any of the 4.0 docs.
