I have promised to help a guy with a few design issues.
First of all his employers are dialling-in to the company when they need a connection from home (they have 2 ISDN modems on the site).
Second, they are all using public addresses on the LAN.

ive configured cisco 2811 routers, each with a WIC installed. Router "A" has a multiport WIC installed (2 ports) and router "B" has a single port WIC installed.
Both configurations are the same, except for the router with the dual-port WIC which have an extra controller and serial interface...
These 2 routers are connected with WIC cards and its possible to ping from one LAN to the other. The problem i see is that the connected serial interfaces are in different network:
Router 1: 192.168.10.1 255.255.255.0
Router 2: 192.168.20.1 255.255.255.0...
i have no experince with this module so this might be something very simple. i tunred off the router and installed the module in HWIC1 and powered up the router.
when i do a "show running" there is no serial interface, i had hope to see serial 0 and 1
