I just upgraded my browser to IE 7, and now my Symposium Web Client doesn't work. It tells me that I need at least IE Version 5.5 or higher, but assume Nortel didn't set it up to work with IE 7.0.
Does anyone know if there is a update from Nortel?

I have been tasked to change the passwords on our switches.
I have the second level passwords, and am working in LD-17.
I can print them in LD-22.
I know the SPWD, but can't figure out the way to change the ADMIN1, and ADMIN2 passwords.

How do I send answer supervision to the CO when recieving a call into an ACD queue?
Is there an attribute that should be set.?
The problem is that the calls are being dropped by the CO before they are answered.

If I have 2 symposium systems connected through a network with an NCC server, if my main site goes down, the other site can take over to take the calls., but how does it handle the call treatments?
Do you have to have your call treatment messages setup on both call pilot machines?

Where do the phonesets get the skillset display?

I have an option 11 system, and we have been using ground start lines on it for the past 5 years.
The system says that you should use ground start lines on it, but it says that you can use loop starts.
Is there a problem with using loop start lines instead of groung start?
I can buy loop start...
I have de-aquired an agent phone in symposium, but it wont let me out the phone in the Meridian 1 because it says that its still aquired.
