I have a VMCD and a VMBG with SIP trunks. The VMBG is set up in the DMZ behind a NAT. Using the VMBG for the SIP trunking. I have two issues; 1. Calls come in and connect but no audio eithe way. 2. Outgoing calls sound great both ways but afte 30 seconds or so the call is dropped. Any ideas

When a line is not answered it is supposed to go to the AA, but all the system does is tranfer the caller to the operator. The system works perfectly in night mode but I get this in day mode only.
