The following ACD will queue a call for about 30 seconds and then disconnect the call with a fast busy. It plays the first FRRT and then the second SRRT and then sends the call to fast busy. So what's wrong wit the queue?

I have a call pilot 1.07 - looking for a quick user guide. The only user guide I have located so far is 33 pages on my documentation CD. ANyone know if there is a condensed 1 - 5 page version to give to new users or do I need to just type something up.
