    Outlook 2003 mail sending delays

    Hello, I searched this forum as suggested before posting this message, but did not find a similar posting. I can recieve POP email fine in Outlook 2003, but when I try to send mail, it sits in the Outbox for minutes, hours before it finally leaves the mailbox. It is not consistent in the delay...
