Is there a way to Mask the caller ID for the caller's internal calls? We would like it to show a different number than it's true extension number. Thanks

Calling into the tandberg con system doesn;t work right. Calls from Avaya can connect but half way trough the login the tadberg seems to stop responding. Any and all help is greatly appreaciated. It works when we call from our cells or through Cisco Call Manager.

For some reason our Pilot Point for the attendant consoles gets hung up and rings in busy from time to time. reseting has no impact. This symptom comes and goes. Any and all ideas are welcome.

What happens to the user's v-messages if his or her exchange account has been deleted but the Unity account stays up and keeps receiving messages? Where do the message go?

I'm trying to record on my annoucement boards and follow the steps below.
PROCEDURE TO RECORD ANNOUNCEMENTS:
1) Pick up the handset, dial the <FAC> and the <Announcement Extension Number>. You should hear dial tone.
2) Dial <1>. A short burst of tone is heard and is now ready to record...
Is there a way to change the Device Name to something a little more discriptive. When we add phones it automaticaly names the device SEP234828jdi or something of the sort.

After Loging in I get this

Check that this file is present.
