Folk's I have a customer that wants to check several mailboxes remotely,however she has to hang up and call back into voice mail to check the other mailboxes.
Is there a way to check multiple mailboxes without having to hang-up and call back?

Call comes into Norstar and intermittently the call drops during mid conversation, light goes out on phone but caller still there, we seize the line again and continue conversation.

Trying to set up PRI between Nortel Opt11 and Cisco
Set up is NI2 trunk type is DID can call back and forth but unable to call out from Cisco and Cisco can't recieve external call from Nortel, calls revert to operator

I have a CCR tree built with option 1 to transfer to external number I have tried selecting a line pool and a specific line but does not transfer I get the following message from the callpilot.

I get this after watching the callpilot seize the line...

I’m trying to figure out a way to utilize the intercept treatment in LD 15 to redirect external calls for an extension who’s CLS is set to FR1 which under normal conditions are directed to the operator. I would prefer it go to a RAN or even better to the voice mail system.

I don't have the correct cable to connect the TMDI card to the circuit so I'm going to use a 25 pair cable

Hotel trying to check qeusts in and out of octel system using administrator mail box 701, which is set up as COS 22
We login in with password and the USER GIUDE instructs us to press 1 to check-in and 2 to check-out, however we must be missing a step because it thinks were trying to view out...
Moved a callpilot 100 from one customer to another, reset the database for the new customer via the telset, but I am unable to access sytem through call pilot manager useing the default IP address also used a crossover cable.
The last user of this system did have it connected to their network...
The analog module worked for a very long time then just stopped.
I replaced it but still no dial tone .
I replaced BCM 400 tray still no dial tone.
All I have is side tone & the status light keeps flashing
The system doesn't seem to see the old card or new card.
What do you think????

This side job had become one problem after another, thank god the customer provided the equipment.
Any how heres the problem:
I get a call from the customer that the time and date is off, so I go out and correct it, 15 minutes later it resets itself again back to the wrong time & date.

I went from 4.something to 6.1 and had to reprogram the whole system, now I want to go from 6.1 to 7.0
Will I need to reprogram the system again

I installed a 0/32 with 5 lines on clid trunk cards and had no trouble until the lines where installed the lines are voip lines from an internet company.
Trouble:
Lines ring in on a single line phone with no problem. and the first line rings in with no problem it's when the first line is busy...
