Unable to delegate Admin rights - account lockout
I want to enable desktop admin global security group to UNLOCK locked accounts. I have followed the instructions in MS KB 294952, 315676, and 279723. If I look at the effective permissions - that group has them, and yet, logged in as one of those users, the "user account is locked" is greyed...- progolferdad
