I'm getting ready to switch over to VOIP, coming off a Option 11c system. Does the 11c have a separate paging amp, or is it built into the existing boxes?
I'm on an option 11c, was hoping someone could offer some help. We have received several calls from 911 that we are dialing them several times during the day. Can I "easily" change the way users dial an outside line from 9 to 8?

Currently our recep has to hit the night mode button on the 2250 console, which puts it into night mode, before 5:00pm, it would just say "the attendant is busy" so obviously the business hours are setup, and was able to see that in meridian...

I have setup internal #'s, non DID's. Our current configuration has a main DID, and then a Rollover #. I would like to set this up on the non DID's I have setup. For example:

Rollover: 5804

I have a nortel option 11c, trying to connect an external music source (muzak box)
The actual line out is RCA type plug on the muzak box (a single wire) supposed to connect to the PBX, however this particular system doesn't just have a "connection" So I'm curious if I need to punch something...
I have a user who would like to forward their extension to their cell phone. Can they do this from the phone? What would I need to enter on the PBX to do this? Currently if you press forward and enter the 11 digits it just give a busy signal.

Is there anyway to troubleshoot a DSS9000? Occasionally whenever the console it is hooked up to is picked up, a few of the lines will flash, but it no longer works, is there anyway to reboot this thing?
I am looking for a add on module to replace the existing one for the operator, it is a DSS-9000, not the typical 10 module add on, anyone have a place I could find one?
