Hi, We have an IP Office 406 v1 3.2(17). I recently tried to upgrade it to 61. When I go through the process it says that 61 is available, I run the upgrade and it says it has upgraded successfully but remains at 3.2 (17). Are there any steps i'm missing? Thanks in advance
