Programmed user rights with buttons and now the users that are in that user rights membership the buttons are not showing on the phones plus not showing in the users buttons?

In the store when you search on outgoing calls it shows the extension but will mostly all of the time not show the dialed number it shows the 9 for dialing out. It does show the CLID for incoming.
Have customer that's on a BCM450 6.0 and has one UM seat licence. They don't have the UM/Desktop loaded on a PC and never set up the Message Forwarding but when you try to assign COS 3 that has Message Forwarding enabled on it to a Mailbox it says NO More UM Seats available.

After a reboot do not get MB admin,AA, config on the side bar it only shows Call Center. It allows you to add Skill sets,agents greetings just like normal but nothing else shows as a heading.
