    Contact Store not showing outgoing number Dialed.

    In the store when you search on outgoing calls it shows the extension but will mostly all of the time not show the dialed number it shows the 9 for dialing out. It does show the CLID for incoming.

    Call Center Report submit button missing,

    Call Pilot 150 Basic CC Upgrade to Enhanced.

    Canned Greetings Gone?

    All the canned greeting are not playing after a new BCM 450 R1 hard drive and a restore of the data base. Any Ideas. I haven't been to look yet but thought of COS 7 that is tied to the AA greetings. It use to be greeting 40 was some canned.
