    fax switch??

    i installed a bcm 50,then clients tells me that he published is main number as the fax and he wants to keep it that way. i read that i can setup a fax option that the system will recognize a fax and send to my analog ext,am i right if yes whats the setup thanks

    target line help

    i setup line 205 with 4 appearances on 4 sets with swca keys,my problem is they want to be able to only manage 4 calls at once,but i tested and if i park 4 calls on call keys a 5th call can come in,how do i go about to only have 4 calls,this will be answered by aa as well HELP?

    deleting messages in mb 100

    i have a new client they took over system mics/cp150. The mb 100 has over 400 messages in it is there a way to scrap those instead of deleting 1 by 1 thanks

    i have a mics with a call pilot i am using all 4 tables with 4 ccr trees. is there a way to add more tables i would need to add 1 more with a ccr tree, And why theres is only 4 tables but 7 ccr trees any help thanks
