We have a customer with the first firmware in their 3711 phones. They experience problems with duplicate or trippletts in their phone book on missed calls made calls etc..
Avaya tell us to uppgrade to latest firmware witch is on Admin CD 3.2 something.
The manual tells us how, but i cant get it...
I have a customer with a IPO SO in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur)and SCN with HQ in Sweden. No problems with SCN.
But the Analoge trunks doesent work in Malaysia.

My customer with SCN of 11 sites has changed their old Netgear switches to new shiny Cisco switches.
Now they experience very VERY poor sound quality.
They say thy have configured DCSP to 46 and tried different full/half duplex settings. with no luck.
