Phaser 780 Error 12 Image Density
I did the standard Xerox recommended repairs. Shut printer down, power it back up. I swapped out all of the toner cartriages and imaging unit with another good working phaser 780. I still have an Error 12 coming up. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks Roman- SteinkeBeyer

Phaser 780 Error 10
Can anyone help me with this Error 10. I've been told that Error 10 is a laser error. The start of scan sensor did not recieve a signal. I don't know what to do about this error. Can anyone help with a particular component to swap out or part that I can replace? Thanks for your help.- SteinkeBeyer

Phaser 780 Printing in Black only
This question has been answered in the thread below. Please help me with terminology. Where is the cleaning unit? Where would I find the screws on the cleaning unit.
