Delphi 3 and Windows help files
I have been using Delphi 3 for many years, it does everything I need and at my age (79) I don't intend to change to anything else. The problem is, I have been writing help files using the old .hlp Windows help files and now need to convert to .chm files as they no longer work in Vista or 7...- 2sticks
