    Hello we are using report viewer 4.0.15 there is a report called agent activity trace in there there is a colum called busy na reason how is this reported where does this info come from ? Thanks in advance

    queue lights on 4412 phones

    I programed a queue button in button program so when there are people in queue the light will flash and you can pull them from there the problem is it pulls the last call in queue instead of the person longest in queue anyone else found a solution for this? Thanks Steve
