OK, I'm trying to solve some recent echo on our Asterisk phones. We have the system running through an Avaya IP Office 412. So the call flow is such:
Polycom ---> Avaya ---> PRI
The echo is rather recent. And only when dialing out the PRI. I've made some changes yesterday to the zapata.conf...

Where do I specifiy the number of rings until a call is send to voicemail? Right now it's only about 5. But some of our employees do not have voicemail and it only rings 5 times, others do not work at their desk. So I would prefer to have it set to 7 for all asterisk users. Thanks in advance!
