anyone know how to get all the statistic about the Trunk?
I having problem with calls droping out from interstate, it intermitent not constantly and some day only.
Is there a way to monitor it or tracking the status?
any help would be grateful, thx advance

Recently I have changed on CMS in Intrahour interval from 30min to 15min, and I also changed the cron job to send it to TCS server(Windows 2k server) every 15min. When I view the report, the time still saying 30min interval.
Please help, any advise would be good.

I got a call from Avaya and they say they going to reboot my pbx server from another site.
My question is how do they know this? and if they do, how can i get this alert aswell, the same as them.

How do I set the "Phantom abandon call timer" to ZERO?
- I had try "change system-parameters features" on p12
"BCMS/VuStats Abandon Call Timer(seconds):0"
but on CMS Supervisor still display 5 seconds

is it possible to assign external phone/mobiles numbers to a name(friends) and when he calls in to my line it display his name instead of his number??
