We have 1 XP Pro w/ SP2 user who when he logs on to a remote desktop that is running either Win2K or Win2003, the left/right arrow keys do not work. Any known issue or work-around?
Is there a log file that shows the external IP addresses of users who login? I see when a user is logged in you can see their internal IP, once they get through the firewall, but how can you determine the IP they are coming from?
We have a problem where our replacement firewall is showing the MAC address on a 'show arp' command as "Incomplete". I've tried changing the main switch the network goes into with no luck. Not sure why it'd be incomplete!
