We are having a problem with the Meridian Mail portion of our Option 11 system that has just occurred in the last couple of days. When a user tries to retrieve their voicemail, it tell them "it is in use" and will not allow access. This has happened to a couple of people so far. Any ideas?

We are remodeling and I do not have direct access to the phone switch, just from dial up modem. I am trying to forward an analog phone to another number thru load 10 but I guess I am entering the wrong FTR sequence. Can anyone please help me?

I have a option 11 and want to use a PCMCIA card to backup the processor card. I'm told that only a 48MB card will work. Is this information correct or can I use a larger capacity card?
